Return and Refund
Returns :
The Products are liable for returns only a Wrong/Defective product has been delivered from the product that has been ordered.
The refund will be initiated only under the following conditions:
1. A Full Opening Video with Your Order Id (For Example : 1104) is to be sent on Email : “Shoppingpitara.help@gmail.com”

Once the return is approved, a return pickup will be scheduled from our end within 24 working hours from the delivery location. As soon as we receive the original product,the refund will be initiated from our end in the original payment method and the same should be reflecting in your account within 5-7 working days.
